More than a playlist

Your music, your guests and the right energy at the right time.

A great wedding DJ does more than arrive with speakers and press play. The evening needs to flow: guests need to know what is happening, your first dance should feel comfortable, and the music should move naturally from welcoming everyone onto the floor to the songs that keep them there.

I work with you before the wedding to understand the music you love, the songs you would rather avoid and the sort of atmosphere you want. On the night, I combine that planning with reading the room, taking suitable requests and responding to what your guests are enjoying.

01

Music built around you

Share favourites, must-plays and do-not-plays. Your evening is planned around your taste, not a fixed wedding playlist.

02

Relaxed planning

We talk through timings, key moments and the people involved so the evening feels organised without becoming over-scripted.

03

Warm, confident hosting

Clear introductions and announcements when they are useful, delivered naturally without turning your wedding into a radio show.

04

A professional setup

Quality sound, elegant presentation, dancefloor lighting, wireless microphone and backup planning for peace of mind.

Frequently asked questions

A few useful answers before you enquire.

Can we choose the music?

Yes. Your planning includes favourites, must-play songs and anything you do not want played. I use that guidance alongside what works for your guests on the night.

Do you take guest requests?

Yes, where they suit your preferences and the flow of the evening. A request is never played simply because someone asks for it if it conflicts with what you have told me.

Can you make announcements?

Yes. I can introduce the first dance and make clear, warm announcements for key moments without dominating the evening.

What equipment do you provide?

The package includes professional sound, an elegant DJ setup, dancefloor lighting and a wireless microphone. Public-liability and PAT documentation can be provided to venues when required.

What happens if equipment fails?

Backup planning and essential spare equipment are part of the service, reducing the risk that a technical problem interrupts the celebration.

How far do you travel?

I am based in Southampton and regularly cover Hampshire, with weddings across Surrey, Sussex and Dorset also welcome.

Kind words

The result matters more than the equipment list.
